Rebekah & Paul were married at beautiful beach house on the coast of Charleston, SC. From the bride : Our first look was so magical. It was our moment to bask in the beauty of what we were about to do. It was the only point in the whole day that it was just us, able to freely embrace and just be. He has never been as handsome as he was on that dock, looking at me as if I were the only girl in the world…With music being such an integral part in our beginnings as a couple, we knew we wanted the music played at our wedding to represent us in a personal way. From our medley of Sufjan Stevens’ prelude to my Great Uncle playing Sigur Rós’ Hoppípolla on the piano as I walked down the aisle to ending the night with an all-out 80s dance spectacular. The music made the evening almost as meaningful as the memories being created around it… We did the majority of projects ourselves- the invitation suite, banners, flowers, bunting, string art initials, calligraphy, cake toppers, photo booth backdrop, wedding arch, and wagon décor. It felt so incredible to see all the things we worked so hard on come together in such a beautiful and meaningful way… These absolutely stunning images are brought to us Gracie Blue Photography, to whom we are so grateful for sharing these with Rustic Wedding Chic!
