Jennifer & Russell were married on a boat on Lake Champlain in the Adirondacks. Their rustic wedding beautifully combined woodland and nautical themes with unique perfection. From the bride : We chose Converse All Star shoes because, to quote my friend, ‘we wanted to take our wedding seriously, but not too seriously.’ … There were handpainted signs, Russ made the birch arch that we stood under in the ceremony, our table numbers were years of our lives with side-by-side photos of us during that year and a short story to give an idea of our personalities at the time, and there were many other details that we did to try to make our day personalized and memorable. Crisp whites were offset but rich creams and dark blues, while the birch wedding cake was a reminder of the beautiful forests surrounding the lake.
