Top Ten Southern Weddings of 2013

Drum roll please ……..  and here are our Top Ten Southern Weddings of 2013! There were so may gorgeous weddings to choose from but when it came down to choosing, these are the ones that really took our breath away!!  From New Orleans to Georgia, the stand outs from 2013 all exude rustic elegance and true southern charm. We hope you enjoy remembering them with us as we look back at the best of the South from this year!

 

1 The Vintage Louisiana Wedding of Hayley & Seth:

2 The Georgia Farmhouse Wedding of Barbara & John:

This farmhouse wedding in Georgia was rich with elegance. Dark plums and Blush colors created gorgeous contrast within this beautiful venue in early fall. The venue could not have a been a better choice for this couple as everything looked perfectly in place. 3  The Jingle Bell Farm Wedding of Meagan & Brandon :

This wedding was one of perfect farmhouse charm. 4  The Elegant Farm Wedding of Caitlin & Joel :

This upscale Virginia Farm Wedding was complete with so many personal touches. The bride and groom wanted their guests to be entertained so they were sure to have all kinds of lawn games for everyone to play! What a delightful couple! 5  An Outdoor Southern Rustic Wedding:

This wedding was a mix of antique and rustic styles for a wedding that was truly one of a kind! Our jaws dropped when we first saw these pictures and if you missed it on the blog here is your change to get a good look! 6  The Georgia Vinewood Wedding of Brianna & Jeff :

Both the Bride & Groom in this charming southern wedding are members of our military!  They decided to step outside of tradition to have a retro style industrial wedding! 7  A Rustic Vintage Wedding at Double Creek Crossing :

This industrial Texas wedding was a major standout this year! Their aesthetic was so unique and pulled off with charming perfection! 8 The Charleston Beach House Wedding of Rebekah & Paul :

This beachside wedding was beautifully intimate and full of gorgeous details! We don’t see too many rustic beach weddings so this one was extra refreshing! We love the color palate of light blues and whites with pops of bright colors! This wedding is really a breath of fresh Southern salt air! 9 .  The Hilltop Plantation Wedding of Lori & Ashley :

We can’t decide what we love most about this wedding, the classically elegant, the timelessness of the decor, or the gorgeous venue!  It all come together to be a clear favorite for the year! 10.  The North Carolina Farm Wedding of Kiersten + Sam  :
