We knew we wanted our wedding to seem easy, DIY and rustic – the drive up the road sold me before I even stepped foot inside. We are relaxed, silly and unpretentious people, I was worried we wouldn’t fit in, in the wedding world. Every reception photo at our wedding, to me, looks like a family meal and I couldn’t have gotten that anywhere else. My favorite part of the day was the receiving line. It was completely unplanned and a little hap-hazard, but that’s when I realized our ceremony made almost every single person there cry!
