This rustic tea party is a fun twist on the traditional “high tea” you often find in the British culture. This wonderful inspiration shoot was photographed in the UK and features rustic wedding elements and fun vintage wedding ideas. From the photographer: We chose to use many vintage elements in a modern way — fun mismatching antique furniture and china combined alongside informal rustic detail and a bright and playful color palette. Instead of a grandiose formal venue typically associated with high tea, we chose a wild open field; instead of perfectly tailored and coordinated dresses we chose mismatched designer gowns and an exquisitely elegant and relaxed Alfred Angelo piece for the bride. Braiding in the hair added a touch of bohemian and the exotic hand made hair pieces were tempered by the use of pearls as a nod to the traditional. Thank you to Amy Fanton Photography and Antonina Mamzenko Photography for sharing this inspiration shoot with us today.
