Tiffany and Adam hosted the wedding of their dreams, an elegant, relaxed affair celebrated in a beautiful forest preserve along the Fox River not far from Chicago. Adam is a birder, so the table markers were types of birds instead of numbers. Feathers were incorporated in the boutonnieres and birdseed was tossed as the couple made their exit at the end of the reception. Lawn games and craft projects entertained the guests throughout the beautiful summer day. And talk about a transformation! Tiffany and her bridesmaids transformed an open park pavilion and picnic tables into an elegant wedding reception with the tables dressed in crisp white tablecloths with burlap runners and mint green napkins. Streamers of white paper banners fluttered in the breeze. We thank Jordan Weiland Photography for sharing this wonderful, relaxed country wedding with us. Local parks and recreation areas can be a great wedding venue. Check out this Rustic Woodland Wedding that took place in the Beazell Memorial Forest in Oregon.
