7 Great Wedding Venues In The Catskills

The Catskill Region, made up of four counties in New York: Ulster, Greene, Delaware, and Sullivan, is known for its mountainous landscapes, history, and sense of adventure. Only two hours from Manhattan, the Catskills provide an alternative destination wedding for those looking for the perfect rustic setting for their special day. A unique element of a rustic wedding is the use of nature as a decoration in itself. This is a good list! Rustic is warm and fun! I have a recommendation for an outdoor wedding venue you may want to add, which is a beautiful re-design of a rustic Victorian on private estate on the Hudson river in Athens, NY.
