Country Farm Engagement Session

Recently we have had a ton of engagement sessions submitted and they all seem to have one thing in common – a farm theme! I love e-sessions that have some personality to them and I always feel that the engagement pictures should have some tie into the type of wedding the couple is going to have.Of course a farm is the perfect location for an engagement session due to its natural beauty, wide open spaces and country chic personality. Here is the latest in the long line of e-sessions that I have to share… I sure hope this couple is having a farm wedding because they seem to look so perfect in this setting. So, I think we can all agree that mason jars are really the perfect accessory for a rustic wedding but look how great they look in the background of this e-session. If you like the way they look than you will want to check out our top 5 ways to use mason jars at a country wedding article. This little dessert is so pretty looking – how cute would it be if every guest got their own mini fruit tart. I think one of the reasons country weddings are so great is that there seems to have a real downhome sensibility to them – what could be more downhome than offering your guest their very own little pie?credits – photographs: Ulmer Studios / venue: Southall Eden

    Hi Maggie!
These are my engagement photos! So fun! I saw that you hoped we had a farm wedding…and we did! It was a fabulous outdoor party on a family friend’s property not far from where these photos were taken. 🙂 Thank you so much for your kind words, love your blog! 🙂 xx
