Looking for a wedding that is just filled with down-home charm and backyard style fun? Look no further because this stunning wedding has both of those things and so much more! From the photographer: This wedding was held on the grooms families working horse ranch in Lostine, Oregon. This is an extremely tiny town not often found by others. The guests arrived early to set up their camp sites down below by the river. Since Jennie is Jewish she honored some of her families heritage in a ceremony on top of the hill behind the property. After the ceremony guests dined to the local bluegrass band The Brothers Brann. Thanks to Simply Kissed Photography for capturing this wedding!
All of the plates, silverware, cups & vases were beautifully put together after many trips to goodwill! Guests were shuttled up the very steep hill in a bumpy yet exciting farm truck. All of the wedding details were handmade by either friends or family from food, to flowers & even to the tables. The picnic tables & benches came from a tree they fell on the property before cutting making it into a family style dinner area. All of the centerpieces were created by a local artist as well. The flag runners were bed sheets sewn together by family.
