We are seeing more and more brides who live in tropical places take their beach location and marry it with the rustic theme. Today’s real wedding does just that as it blends together a beachy Florida location and adds in touches of burlap and country wedding decorations to make an overall rustic chic event. See more rustic beach weddings. From the bride: At first, the planning was a little rocky. I could not decide if I wanted to do a shabby chic, country, or elegant wedding and I was driving my mom crazy with not picking a style or a venue. It got to the point where I thought there wasn’t going to be a wedding because I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Finally, we found the perfect venue! My mom knew it was exactly what I was picturing. After picking the venue, I told my mom let’s make the wedding feel like one of our big family BBQ’s, but, of course, dress it up a little more than just a BBQ.
