The unique style of the bride and groom in this beautiful wedding immediatly caught our attention and we knew we had to have it on the blog! The couple’s impeccable and unique style was impossible to miss and their choice of venue was perfect for them! From the bride: We wanted a celebration that really reflected us, as individuals, coming together. That called for a little mountain bluegrass, eclectic vintage details, and rock and roll. We decided to get married in North Carolina where we had met (rather than in our home state of Texas) and I wanted a venue that would feel familiar to our camp counselor days. I threw out a cohesive all over color theme in favor of individual things I really love, and we tried to keep things casual by going without jackets and matching bridesmaid dresses. A lot of the DIY projects were completed by my mother and the venue owner, including some floral arrangements, while I juggled our 6 month old. I’m in love with how everything turned out, picture perfect and beautifully rough around the edges.
