From the planner: The boho-chic, outdoors inspired, rustic wedding encompassed many personal details. From the first introduction to the wedding, the invitations designed by one of the bridesmaids, guests were witness to what would become a wedding filled with the couple’s unique story and their personalities. With a custom designed website rich with stories and details of what would come, Lindsey and Tye ensured that their guests’ comfort and enjoyment was at the forefront of their planning. Every decision made throughout the planning process was purposeful and thoughtful — from the selection of songs to include on their mix CD favours to the baking and decoration of the wedding cake carefully created by the bride herself. Although Lindsey’s father had passed away a number of years earlier, the sentiment of him was close to her heart. The morning of her wedding, Lindsey shared a moment with her mother as she cut fabric from one of her father’s favourite shirts which was then wrapped around her bouquet handle. Although he could not walk his daughter down the aisle, as Lindsey took in this moment with her Uncle at her side, the spirit of her father was with her that day.
