Today’s rustic real wedding is a totally unique one and really just looks like a ton of fun. Taking place in the bride’s childhood home this wedding features a casual backyard style wedding mixed with perfectly rustic details and even a few guests who camped! From the photographer: Casey & Eli met the old fashioned way – a bit by random luck and in part by location. Eli worked at a local tea shop in Boston that Casey frequented. One day she got the nerve up to talk to him and the rest, as they say, is history. They dated for a while, and lived together for a while, and then they decided to travel the world together. By the end of the trip they were ready to take on a new adventure – they were engaged. They arrived back to the states and stayed at Casey’s childhood home, where they planned their wedding in just a few short months. Eli is a graphic designer and designed their invitations and all the paper goods at the wedding (menus and signs). Every last detail was thought about and made to reflect Casey & Eli’s story in some way. And the couple and their guests camped out the night of the wedding! Thanks to Lara Kimmerer – photographer for sharing this unique wedding with us today.
