Danyel and David started using the shorthand “D2” when talking about the wedding and it quickly became the theme for the day. The two D’s tied the knot at a large cabin in Big Bear, California that they rented and turned into their wedding venue. Large enough to host both the ceremony and reception, it was the perfect solution for the couple who love being in the woods and spending time at Big Bear. Their rustic invitations set the stage for the woodsy affair with charming DIY touches such as the wooden buttons on the place cards and hand stamped seed packs as the wedding favor. Selfies of the couple served as table numbers, and the centerpieces where glass hurricanes decorated with string and more wooden buttons.
