Love! That seems to be the only word I really have to describe how much I love this vintage wedding inspiration with its awesome modern twist and clean style. The bride in a sweater in a stunning light blue is just the first on a very long list of design elements that captured me. There is something so elegant about the country setting mixed with vintage chic items and yet very minimal decorations that makes this inspiration really pop. Here is a little behind the scenes information from the photographer: When the talks began about the possibility of putting together a styled wedding session we wanted to create something that would showcase our design and photography strengths. This naturally led us down the vintage, rustic path. However, we didn’t want to simply pull together a vintage styled session because there have been many of them done so well already. We wanted to create something with a bit of a modern, clean, fresh twist. So we decide to keep our styling a little more modern in the sense we focused on simplicity with a few key elements and our palette fresh so we chose pops of peachy pink and aqua blue. Thanks to Carolyn Bentum Photography for creating and sharing this amazing inspiration with us today.
Think you might want to wear a sweater on your wedding day? Check out this post where the bride wore a sweater to stay warm since it was a fall day and make sure you see our post on 5 ways to keep your bridesmaids warm. If you are planning a summer wedding you too can wear a sweater – breakout a brightly colored sweater at your reception like a teal, pink or lavender.
