Listen up all you newly engaged couples because this wedding is calling your name. From the amazing California wedding location to the vintage chic boho style of the day this wedding has everything you need to plan an amazing wedding. From the bride: After looking at more than two handfuls of venues, and exhausted, we lastly went to check out the Flying Caballos Ranch in San Luis Obispo, California The moment I stepped onto this property was the moment I knew I would get married there. The venue is an old yellow ranch house with eclectic modern details, which happened to be the look and feel we wanted for our wedding décor. From the corrugated metal outhouse, to the old water tower that was converted into a honeymoon suite, it was perfect. The icing on the cake was that there are three houses located on the gorgeous golden hills, which allowed our immediate family to stay in once place for the weekend, get to hangout together, and help with all the DIY wedding details we had going. Thank you to Custock Photography for sharing this wedding with us today.
My favorite memory of the entire day, was the 10 minutes our wedding coordinator told us to take together alone, post-ceremony, pre-reception. This was the time where we really reflected on the commitment we had just made to each other. We sat in the house, holding hands, giggling, adrenaline rushing and talked about what we had just done. I recommend this to every bride, it’s a perfect way to help ground you and remind you of why you’re there, what you are celebrating and really brings you into the moment.
