DIY Backyard Wedding: Breezy + David

Backyard Wedding

Today’s real wedding is a fun and upbeat backyard style vintage wedding and from the looks of it seems like it was one great party as well. Look how great all the vintage style wedding rentals come together and work perfectly with a backyard style wedding. One idea that this couple had which is one I think many of you out there would like to try is having a “street food” style dinner. If you think this is something you would like then you should read our post on Wedding Food Trucks and head over to our Rustic Wedding Guide and find food truck wedding vendors.  From the bride: When my husband and I started planning our wedding, we wanted to make sure it was all about Food, Family/Friends, Tyler Roses, Antiques and East Texas. My parent’s home and yard, full of beautiful flowers and magnolias, made the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Reception fare was from our favorite iconic East Texas restaurants.  We wanted to have a “food festival” feel and allow our guests to choose the “street” foods of their choice. We wanted to share with family and friends the passion we have for food, cooking and each other. It truly was the perfect recipe for our special day. Today’s wedding is courtesy of Lee Loveless Photograph
