Taking place at the Salem Cross Inn, a Massachusetts rustic wedding location, this wedding has a wonderful DIY vibe yet filled with romance and elegance. From the photographer: Kelly + Josiah’s farm wedding was all about family and DIY. Kelly and her mother crafted the floral arrangements, and Kelly created all of the headpieces herself. The gown Kelly originally fell in love with was sleeveless, so she had custom sleeves made for the dress. The colors surrounding their wedding day were absolutely stunning and created a POP within the photos. Thanks to Michele Ashley for sharing this wedding with us today.
From the bride: We were doing a fall wedding and I wanted something to go with the fall colors but nothing typical. The colors we went with were burgundy, navy blue, sage green, and plum. I also wanted a rustic feel to the wedding. I wanted a lace dress with long sleeves. Not many places I researched online had long sleeves. I went in with an open mind and the dress that I fell in love with was actually a strapless dress so we had sleeves custom added to the dress and it was absolutely perfect!
