What could be more romantic then getting married on your own family’s farm. This couple actually renovated the groom’s late grandmothers house and the farm land to make it the backdrop of the wedding day. From the event planner: Alexe and Mike also had a huge love for antiques. They handcrafted the entire design for the ceremony using old barn wood, flooring, and vintage windows, collected old butcher blocks for the bars, and used old barn wood again for directional signage. Nearly all of the wedding items, glassware, centerpieces, favors, and overall decor were collected by the bride and friends of the family. Thanks to Kelya S Photography and Ashlee Virginia Events for sharing this wedding with us today.
