As anyone who has or is in the midst of planning a wedding knows, a little love can go a long way which is why this holiday season it is so important for all of us to be mindful of others especially those in need. Whether it’s your time or money every little bit helps.
A few local charitable organizations that I try to keep close to my heart throughout the year but especially now during the holidays are the Brighter Lives For Kids Foundation which provides school supplies for students in Bridgeport, Conn and Operation Hope, a homeless shelter here in my hometown of Fairfield, Conn that offers help and housing to at risk individuals and families.
