A few weeks ago I had the great honor of hosting and speaking at an event at Ikea in New Haven, CT. The event was about how you can create the perfect wedding look using the Ikea products along with how to pull together a specific wedding look. I also was there signing copies of my book, Rustic Wedding Chic. For this event we created 5 different and unique looks: Rustic Elegance, Country Charm, Backyard Style and Industrial Chic and Wedding Basics.The guests who attended were treated to an Ikea wedding look book along with a sweet Ikea wedding favor and a copy of the Rustic Wedding Chic book. Thanks to all the great Ikea shoppers who came out to the event and to photographer, M Carson Romano and floral designer, Candi’s Floral Creations who helped out at the event. Ikea gives you the opportunity to be unique and different, and Ikea offers so many styles to create the perfect setting. We have used Ikea products to recreate our living space and have had so many lovely comments from friends and family on what we have done, it has been lovely. We only changed a few things but the space we recreated has made a world of difference. I would love some uniquely different ideas on what to do for my wedding coming up and would love to get my hands on a look book.
