From the photographer: Rob and Kate have a passion for everything authentic, handmade, sustainable, and organic. Their Pacific Northwest wedding was a perfect reflection of their commitment to local and sustainable resources. The bride and her mother designed and made Kate’s wedding gown from vintage lace tablecloths that had been given to the bride’s parents at their own wedding.The couple’s ceremony took place at the farm where they live. Music is an important part of the bride and groom’s relationship, and during their heartfelt vows the couple took time to serenade their guests while playing guitar and ukelele together. Friends and family collaborated on a delicious fest of Pacific Northwest salmon, farm-fresh vegetables and grains, and delicious local herbs.
