Today’s real wedding is a beautiful desert wedding taking place at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Arizona. This wedding is filled with wonderful mason jars, DIY wedding projects and delicate flowers which all make up one stunning rustic chic style wedding. From the bride: The theme for our wedding was simple…it was what we both love. I’m not even sure what to call it but shabby chic by the sea romance kinda depicts the elements we incorporated. We love the spring time and April is the month we started dating so it was a no brainer to choose April! We love the outdoors and having a rooftop wedding at such a beautiful scenic place was the best location for our reception. Thanks to Rachel Solomon Photography for capturing this wedding for us.
The burlap runners and flower girl/sign holder dresses, here comes the bride sign, card holder and most the decorations were all made by my lovely sister. My other sister cooked the food and I made the wedding playlist, table numbers, bridesmaids necklaces and earrings and made sure everything looked like what I was envisioning. His mom made the flower girl basket and ring pillow, etc. We tried to have a very laid back, romantic wedding that was a perfect blend of both Lucas and I.
