Taking place at the stunning Portland, Oregon wedding venue, Postlewait’s, this wedding is pure magic! From the photographer: One thing I really loved about this one is how Erin and Daniel made sure their guests were taken care of beyond the usual thresholds of a wedding day. In the reception area there was a vintage-styled outdoor patio complete with picnic kits full of snacks and blankets for the guests to enjoy the sunny weather while we took family photos. It was a really nice take on a casual, summer cocktail hour and guests definitely had fun lounging about on the grass, playing cornhole and enjoying a few drinks before dinner time. Thanks to Kim Smith Miller for shooting and sharing this wonderful wedding.
Another of my favorite parts of the decorations besides the gorgeous flowers and all the unique lighting supplied by the event stylist, Pilar, is how Erin and Daniel worked their love for all things nerdy into the centerpieces, which revolved around their favorite books, as well as the table seatings being strung up on vintage library punch cards.
