Taking place at the North Carolina wedding venue, The Farm at Brusharbor, this amazing outdoor wedding showcases so much of what we love about a southern wedding. From the photographer: When Jenny and Steven first started planning their nuptials, they agreed on one thing: they wanted to throw a huge party for their guests to relax and have as much fun as they were having on their Big Day. Mission accomplished. The lovebirds’ rustic barn wedding surely gave them a night to remember, as they danced the night away among all of their loved ones. They even had a surprise visit from Cocky, the mascot of their shared alma mater, the University of South Carolina. Thanks to Sunshower Photography for sharing this amazing wedding with us today.
From the tasty candy bar to the lyrical sign that now hangs in their home, Jenny and Steven’s wedding day was graced with DIY details that were handcrafted by her father. In addition to adding a sweet personal touch to the special day, it also emphasized the feeling of family that the pair wanted to capture. “Family means the world to us and we were so lucky to have all of our family and friends there,” shares Jenny. “Remember to make your day your own!”
