The inspiration behind our wedding day- was comfort. The style behind our wedding was rustic-chic. We had a smaller wedding, 150 people- and our main objective was for people to feel at home in our space. We wanted the wedding to be formal, with informal elements- which is why we booked food trucks for dinner (while also hiring the BEST caterer in town to ensure that the service was upscale) created a s’mores bar, and why we booked a smaller venue- with great outdoor space. We loved the idea of indoor/outdoor- where people could flow between. Our color pallet was wine, blush, navy, grey and white- we loved the idea of jewel tones against the beautiful evergreen trees… the setting was truly beautiful! Thanks to Courtney Bowlden Photography for sharing this wedding with us today.
The set up of our space was simple. Trinity Tree Farm has an amazing indoor space- with lights that truly make it feel magical. we did white linens, white chairs- it was gorgeous. My florist- is the best I’ve ever worked with- and I am an event planner! She produces GORGEOUS arrangements- which truly brought the space to life. centerpieces, a beautiful floral on the arbor, and bouquets were beautiful! she also created a little flower headband for my flower girl. I brought in rustic windows for our table seating chart, and a rustic bar sign for our outdoor bar. The perfect small touches.
