Vineyard weddings have really started to climb the charts as one of the most popular style weddings within the large rustic wedding world. This beautiful vintage vineyard wedding took place at a friend’s property overlooking an amazing vineyard in Ohio. From the bride: The event design theme ( if there was one ) was eclectic, organic, handmade, love. We both love all things natural…food, earth, landscapes, friendships–so that was the focal point of the wedding details. I wanted a modern classic feel with a timeless color palette. We decided on ivory, gray and yellow. Our invitations that we designed featured photography from our trips to NYC, in the muted color palette, with hand drawn typography. Ivory and gray linens covered the huge rectangle tables with cedar planks built by my parents down the center. We had moss balls, candles and vintage cameras along with some other personal items as centerpieces. Each item was significant for various reasons. Justin’s mom made the centerpiece that sat on the bridal table, which was a beautiful collection of garden roses flown in from California. Our favors were post cards we designed with a personalized message to our friends and family on that back about love being an adventure, and on the front were photographs from our favorite cities. My mom made a table for the ceremony out of branches from their house, and she stamped the linen bags of birdseed with sayings like “Love, Hope, Dream”. She also made a mason jar chandelier that held items from loved ones in our family who passed on. Thanks to Rouxby for sharing this amazing wedding with us today.
