I love it when couples select a unique wedding venue and this couple did just that! Hosting their wedding at the Madison Public Library in Wisconsin was a brilliant idea and looks amazing. From the bride: My favorite part of our wedding day was the ceremony because we wrote the whole thing ourselves. We wanted to make sure to honor our parents, make things as personal as possible, and to allow the important people in our lives to be included in all of our moments. One thing that especially stands out is our unity ceremony: we each simultaneously drew blind contours of each other (continuous line portraits where you don’t look at the page while you draw, only at the subject). The final portraits were hilarious and silly, and still maintained the symbolism of our continuing focus on one another as we move forward in our relationship. Also, our dog Odie was the ring bearer, so that was awesome too. A big thank you to Maison Meredith Photography for sharing this one-of-a-kind inspirational wedding with us today.
