This wedding is one part barn wedding and one part vintage style wedding and when you add it all up you get one amazing southern rustic wedding. This bride and groom tied the knot at the South Carolina Barn Wedding Venue, The Dutch Barn and if you ask me, decorated it perfectly for the event. From the photographer: Tamara created her own with wildflowers, succulents, and pops of yellow. Andrew’s boutonniere was created by his little sister. Tamara’s mint shoes were purchased from ModCloth. Her dress was bought from David’s Bridal, but Tamara altered it at the bottom, and used the material to add the shear top, straps, and design on the back. The wedding party was encouraged to choose their own attire. Thanks to Photography & Design By Jenny for sharing this wedding with us today.
During the ceremony Andrew and Tamara had soil in separate jars from their home states, NY and SC. As their unity ceremony, they poured both jars of soil into one canister.
The reception was held at The Dutch Barn, a Rustic Wedding Guide Vendor. At their casual reception, guests enjoyed all of the DIY projects. Each centerpiece, table cloth, “Advice to the Newlyweds,” and piece of food was created by the families and friends. Guests mingled inside the large barn, and posed at the Photo Booth outside. Tamara and Andrew made their exit as guests tossed flower petals.
