It is clear to us that rustic weddings can take place in any seasons and if you ever had one ounce of doubt that you couldn’t have an outdoor rustic wedding in the winter, this next wedding will definitely prove you wrong. Set in the majestic mountains of Colorado, this mountain wedding features an stunning outdoor ceremony complete with a bride in a white cape and a pretty red and white color scheme. So many rustic weddings showcase the natural beauty of their surroundings but this wedding really hits the nail on the head by having an understated decor which allows for the mountain beauty to shine through. February 21, 2012 at 1:00 pmWhat a beautiful wedding. Don’t you just love the mountains? Congratulations!
My husband and I used Iron Horse Properties for our wedding in Crested Butte, CO. We were married in an awesome rustic lodge. Iron Horse properties and Crested Butte were beautiful and romantic. We stayed in a cozy cabin with a fireplace and a hot tub. Our families had a huge lodge all to themselves. It had a pool table, hot tub, 7 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 master suites! We had personal chefs and the food was top notch. Our concierge made sure we were happy and planned some awesome activities for us and our families. We even went on a Dogsled tour! The prices are reasonable. We got FREE ski rentals while we were there and our last night was free. Iron Horse has specials all the time.
Our family and friends were comfortable in the Iron Horse rental properties. My husband and I will definitely be going back to stay at the Iron Horse in Crested Butte, CO. We are thinking about making an annual anniversary trip to Iron Horse. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Iron Horse at Crested Butte, CO., and recommend it as an awesome wedding destination. We went in the winter, but Iron Horse and Crested Butte is also a great place to go in the summertime. We cannot wait to go back to Crested Butte. Sigh!!
