Mandy & Scott’s vintage style wedding at her parents farm in the mountains of North Carolina was not only beautiful but meaningful. The whole family was involved in the preparation for the wedding. The grooms aunt gathered the church pews from friends, while others contributed help and heirlooms to create the vintage decor. From the bride : A few of our DIY projects consisted of an ‘In memory of’ window display using an old window frame that came out of my great grandmothers farmhouse and held pictures of the family members that couldn’t be with us. We created an altar our of old doors that also came out of my great grandmothers house…small antique shutters displayed childhood photos of the Bride & Groom. Recipe cards were sent with our customized invites for guests to share with us their favorite recipes for use in our new home. The cards were brought to the wedding and posted in our guest book. Our gratitude to Rosanna Marie Photography for capturing all of the beautiful details of this perfect wedding!
