This Beaver Creek destination wedding completely took our breath away! The weather was beautifully dramatic on Beth & Curt’s wedding day, yielding gorgeous clouds and eventually glowing rainbows! Beth’s long sleeve backless dress is to die for and looked beautiful in the open-air mountain wedding location they chose for their ceremony. We love how they used baby’s breath throughout their decor for a simple yet romantic effect. From the Photographer : Beth and Curt of Denver, Colorado decided on a destination wedding at the world-famous Lodge at Cordillera in Beaver Creek to share with guests their love of the mountains and allow everyone to be on site for the entire weekend of celebration. The bride and her mother designed the wedding dress themselves, which was created by a family friend along with the intricate beading on the back of the dress. The decor was minimalistic featuring cones and evergreens to highlight the location of the event. The bride and her maids carried simple bouquets of baby’s breath because the bride wanted to rely on nature and the beautiful scenery of the panoramic wedding deck. Following the ceremony a double-rainbow shined through the clouds as they enjoyed cocktails. After dinner everyone danced the night away to celebrate with the bride and groom. We would like to thank Katherine Stinnett Photography for sharing her images of this beautiful wedding with Rustic Wedding Chic.
