Nothing is more romantic than a barn wedding and when it takes place in your own backyard well that is even better. This stunning couple tied the knot on a piece of farmland and then hosted a rustic vintage style wedding reception. From the photographer: Diona and Ingi had their wedding at the groom’s family home in Sarasota, Florida. The style is a vintage backyard barn wedding. Their ceremony was overlooking the pond on the property and their cocktail hour was set up right in front of the barn with games and blankets on haystacks for their guests to enjoy. They had a tented reception right next to the barn, with an all white color palette. Diona dressed up the barn with beautiful lace draped on the rafters and added twinkle lights to turn it into a unique dance space. They had an artist on Etsy create a custom silhouettes of them and they used it in every detail. From the invitations to the mason jar favors that doubled as place cards, the silhouette’s brought that romantic vintage touch that Diona had wanted. We want to thank L.
