Many summer weddings take place outside and well with the unpredictable weather in the summer you might need to think about a few weather related issues when planning your outdoor wedding. Too Hot

Many times in the summer the location you have selected for your wedding day can get hot, hot, hot and which means your guests will start to get hot, hot, hot! Plan ahead and have water set out for your guests along with parasols and fans. Helping your guest stay cool on your wedding day means everyone will have a good time and will be able to celebrate.

Rainy Day

No one ever wants rain on their wedding day but sometimes it just happens. Make sure you have umbrellas and a few towels ready for your guests and even rain boots for yourself and your bridesmaids handy!

Cold & Snow

Even when you plan a wedding in those warmer months sometimes crazy things happen in some locations and you get snow – especially if you are planning a mountain wedding. If snow and cold are a factor or you think they might become one you should plan ahead. Add blankets or wraps to your wedding decorations so that guests and bridesmaids can stay warm. Wind & Clouds

The only way to combat wind and clouds is to have a backup plan – if you think the wind will be too much for guest to deal with or you think your guests will not be able to hear your ceremony have a backup plan. Moving your ceremony inside is usually not easy to do at the very last minute but you can have a plan so that you get the ceremony you want without dealing with being blown away.
