I always find rustic DIY weddings to have so much life and personality to them. This beautiful wedding is filled with details that make the day totally unique to the couple. Here is a little info from the bride: My bridesmaids, flowergirls (my two nieces), my mom and my mother-in-law put together all of the flowers for the centerpieces and made our own bouquets the day before the wedding. I spent several months collecting old jars and bottles from antique and thrift stores for the flowers. I made the boutonniere’s myself from feathers, vintage floral pips and decorative washi tape (all ordered from Etsy). The guestbook was a box (thrifted and painted myself) filled with antique postcards that I collected for guests to write us little notes on. Almost every weekend in the months leading up to the wedding I was working on some little project! I wouldn’t have had it any other way! Thanks to Lydia Jane Photography for sharing this wedding with us today.
